Born and raised in Colorado, Molly moved to O’ahu in 2014, and now calls Hawaii home. She graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Sociology and Christian Theology from Seattle Pacific University in 2009 and received her MA in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2013.
Molly’s counseling career is rooted in the belief that we are never without hope, nor the ability to change. Having worked previously as a trauma and addictions counselor for children, women, and trafficking victims, she has been exposed to some of the darker sides of humanity. It is now her passion and honor to walk alongside those who need a refreshed perspective and who seek to sharpen tools of communication, rebuild broken parts of self or relationships, challenge and explore deep belief systems, grieve losses, shed skins of guilt, shame, or self-damaging habits, and to emerge a more vibrant and truer version of self, find peace and acceptance with one’s self and the world. This journey in life is not one for the faint of heart, nor is it intended to be struggled through alone. There are moments along the way where we all need a helping hand and a listening ear. You can find that with Molly in a safe environment without judgement or fear.
