Annelise is new to O’ahu, having recently moved from Washington state, though she grew up in Southern California. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Psychology from Chapman University and received her Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University.
Annelise has experience working with children, adults, couples, and families, and has primarily worked with individuals and families that are active military, veterans, or dependents. She has experience working with those who have or who are currently experiencing loss, grief, relational or familial issues, as well as those who are seeking personal growth, and help for depression, or anxiety.
Life can throw us some curve balls that can really make us feel like we’re stuck with no way out. Annelise believes that with some guidance and work, that “stuck” feeling can change. By using a mix of techniques from Strategic, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Structural, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, she believes she can help her clients achieve their goals and grow as individuals in both their relationships and in life.
Currently accruing hours towards licensure, Annelise is only accepting cash clients and has a reduced out of pocket cash rate of $50/session. Please call her 626-344-7924 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment.
